ZenaTech acquires Canada-based Cogswell Engineering in 28th Drone as a Service deal

ZenaTech said it plans to add drone-enabled surveying, structural inspections, construction monitoring, and 3-D data capture through its ZenaWorx platform.

ZenaTech completed the acquisition of Cogswell Engineering, a Canadian civil and structural engineering firm based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

The deal marks ZenaTech’s 28th Drone as a Service acquisition, its third in Canada and second in the Halifax region.

Cogswell serves builders, construction companies, and public works customers across five Canadian provinces.
