ZenaTech completed the purchase of all material assets of Richardson, Texas-based NOW Solutions via U.S. bankruptcy proceedings. The acquisition encompasses the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) serving small to mid-market customers with 1,000 to 20,000 employees across schools, hospitals, municipal organizations and government entities in the U.S. and Canada.

2. Recurring Revenue and Client Base Expansion

This transaction adds a recurring revenue business built on decades-long customer relationships, notably in government and public sector segments. The enlarged client roster underpins enhanced revenue durability and consistent, high-quality growth for ZenaTech’s Enterprise SaaS division.

3. emPath HRMS Platform Integration

NOW Solutions’ web-based emPath platform unifies human resources and payroll functions—including compensation management, skills tracking, absence management, performance reviews and workforce analytics—while offering employee self-service capabilities to reduce administrative burdens.
