ZenaTech closed its acquisition of High Prairie Survey Company, a 40-year-old land surveying firm based in Kiowa, Colorado. The deal secures a track record of boundary and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, construction staking and subdivision mapping for real estate developers and infrastructure clients in Castle Rock, Parker and Elizabeth communities.
2. Integration into DaaS Platform
ZenaTech plans to integrate High Prairie’s surveying operations into its Drone as a Service platform, leveraging drone-powered data collection and AI-driven analytics. This integration aims to accelerate project timelines, improve operational efficiency and expand subscription-based recurring revenue in the southeast Denver growth corridor.
