ZenaTech closes ESM Software acquisition

ZenaTech completed the acquisition of Boston-based ESM Software on Aug. 25, 2026, expanding its enterprise SaaS business.

ESM provides strategy execution, performance management, OKR tracking, and cybersecurity risk and compliance software to more than 8,000 users.

The customer base includes government, education, healthcare, utilities, financial services, and retail across the U.S. and several international markets.

ESM becomes the 13th software brand in ZenaTech’s SaaS portfolio, adding recurring revenue and multi-year customer relationships.

Capabilities are slated for integration into Zoo Office, ZenaTech’s beta-stage AI enterprise productivity platform, to broaden governance and compliance features.
