ZenaTech expands enterprise SaaS with ESM Software
ZenaTech completed the acquisition of ESM Software, adding strategy execution, performance management, cybersecurity compliance software to its enterprise SaaS unit.
ESM, founded in 1998, supports more than 120,000 users, generating recurring revenue from government, healthcare, financial services customers.
The ESM Platform combines tools for strategic planning, OKRs, employee performance alignment, risk and compliance management.
Integration planned into ZenaTech’s beta-stage Zoo Office productivity platform to expand governance and compliance capabilities, reduce software sprawl.
ESM serves customers in the U.S. and internationally, including Latin America, Europe, Africa, Australia.
