ZenaTech signed an offer on May 21, 2026 to acquire an Alberta-based land surveying and geomatics company operating across Western Canada.
The target serves oil and gas producers with surveying, mapping and geomatics services, expanding ZenaTech’s Drone as a Service into Canada’s energy sector.
Drone-based workflows and market opportunity
About 80% of the target’s projects already use drone-based workflows, supporting faster integration of AI-enabled drone services.
The transaction targets the oil and gas drone inspection market, valued at about $2.3 billion, with a projected 28.5% CAGR.
