Zenta Group agrees to buy AI, big data firm ZentoAI
ZTG•Zenta Group agreed on Sept. 9, 2026, to buy 100% of ZentoAI Intelligent Technology. The deal supports a shift toward AI and data solutions and away from Greater Bay Area property-related consulting.
1. AI and data expansion
Zenta Group agreed to acquire all of ZentoAI Intelligent Technology on Sept. 9, 2026. ZentoAI develops AI and big-data platforms, including FinSMarket for U.S. equity research and Macwise for Macau smart tourism promotion. The transaction is aimed at expanding Zenta Group’s AI capabilities and presence across Southeast Asia.
