1. Interim trial results
Zentalis Pharmaceuticals presented interim DENALI Part 1b results for investigational ovarian cancer treatment azenosertib at the ESMO Congress 2026. The findings support Cyclin E1 protein expression as a patient-selection biomarker; safety was consistent with prior reports, though treatment-related adverse events prompted dose changes or discontinuation in some patients. Azenosertib remains in development in the registration-intended DENALI Part 2 study and ASPENOVA Phase 3 confirmatory trial.
