Zentek announces annual and special shareholder meeting
ZTEK•Zentek will hold its annual and special shareholder meeting in Guelph, Ontario, on November 26, 2026, where shareholders will vote on a revised incentive plan and other matters.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will vote on an amended long-term incentive plan that would raise the fixed share-unit limit from 9,936,306 to 12,685,251 and introduce deferred share units for non-employee directors. Other votes cover the election of five directors and the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditor.
