1. Federal and Provincial Engagement

On March 2, Zentek participated in the TSX Canadian Mining Roundtable, engaging senior government officials on Canada’s critical minerals strategy. Discussions emphasized Albany Graphite’s 99.9992% purity and Northern Ontario location, followed by separate meetings with federal representatives and Invest Ontario to advance the project within federal and provincial funding frameworks.

2. First Nations Collaboration

Zentek attended a working session hosted by the Chiefs of Ontario to review Indigenous consultation frameworks like the Mushkegowuk Council Protocol and the Wabun Model. The company then met Constance Lake First Nation under its implementation agreement to solidify governance, advance environmental baseline studies and prepare for a new Preliminary Economic Assessment.

3. Project Overview and Outlook

The Albany Graphite Project, located in Northern Ontario, has demonstrated nuclear-grade graphite purity of 99.9992% with 2.60 ppm boron and near-theoretical electrochemical performance for lithium-ion anodes. Zentek is advancing this deposit as a North American source of critical-grade graphite for nuclear, battery and defence supply chains, following its disclosed development roadmap.
