Zentek SVP of strategy and business development Ryan Shacklock departs
ZTEK•Zentek said Ryan Shacklock exited as senior vice president of strategy and business development effective Oct. 5, 2026, and named Angela Lomets vice president of commercialization for ZenGUARD and Morgan Knowles to lead investor relations and capital markets communications.

Shacklock’s departure was effective Oct. 5, 2026. Lomets was named vice president of commercialization for ZenGUARD, effective Oct. 14, 2026; she previously led regional sales development at Carrier Enterprise Canada, where she delivered five straight years of double-digit revenue growth. Knowles took over investor relations and capital markets communications on Oct. 1, 2026, after holding senior investor relations roles at O3 Mining, Primero Mining and Brigus Gold.
