Zeo Energy partners with Ewyze to develop off-grid microgrids for data centers

Zeo Energy entered a cooperation agreement with Ewyze to develop integrated off-grid power and data-center infrastructure, focused on the U.S.

The partnership targets AI-driven data-center demand and aims to bypass grid interconnection delays that can run five to 10 years.

The Ewyze model pairs solar generation with battery storage, backed by a dispatchable source such as grid connection, natural gas or geothermal power.

The projects aim to bring data-center capacity online in about two to three years from initiation, subject to permitting, financing and technical conditions.

The collaboration covers site selection, permitting, construction, financing and commercialization, and leverages Zeo’s public-market platform with Ewyze’s 1.7 GW track record.
