1. First Quarter Revenue Soars 50%

Zeo Energy delivered $13.2 million in first-quarter revenue, up 50% from $8.8 million in the prior year, driven by an increase in residential solar system installations in core states with low solar penetration and high growth potential.

2. Profitability Metrics Show Improvement

Gross profit increased to $5.6 million (42.5% of revenue) versus $4.0 million (45.5% of revenue) a year ago despite higher domestic content costs. Contribution profit rose to $2.2 million from a $(2.8) million loss, while net loss narrowed to $4.7 million (–$0.11 per share) and Adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $2.9 million.

3. Cost Controls and MOU Progress

General and administrative expenses fell by 33.9% due to lower bad debt and reduced stock-based compensation costs. Work under the memorandum of understanding with Creekstone continues to advance, with additional details to be shared as agreements are finalized.
