Adjusted EBITDA swung to a loss of USD 2.1 million from a USD 1.6 million profit; adjusted EBITDA margin fell 22 points.
First-half performance and outlook
First-half revenue rose 9.2% to USD 29.4 million; net loss narrowed to USD 7.4 million from USD 16 million.
CEO Tim Bridgewater flagged sequential Q2 revenue growth of 23%, improving tax equity access, and expected second-half gains from cost investments.
