ZEOX•ZEO Scientifix agreed to issue Pluri common shares representing a 41% post-issuance stake, plus 50 Series D preferred shares, in exchange for exclusive U.S. rights to manufacture and commercialize Pluri’s current and future regenerative medicine products using its technology.
ZEO Scientifix agreed on October 26, 2026, to issue Pluri common shares representing a 41% post-issuance stake. At closing, Pluri will also receive 50 newly designated Series D Non-Convertible Preferred Stock shares.
In exchange, Pluri will grant ZEO Scientifix exclusive U.S. rights to manufacture and commercialize Pluri’s present and future regenerative medicine products using its technology. Royalties based on net sales will rise in stages as Pluri’s equity ownership declines.
