Gross profit increased 87% to $4.74 million, while gross margin slipped 0.9 percentage points to 80.8%. General and administrative expenses rose 50% to $10.17 million, including about $1.64 million in higher stock-based compensation costs.

ZEO Scientifix reported a net loss of $5.07 million and said substantial doubt exists about its ability to continue as a going concern. Cash increased to $2.27 million at period-end from $221,000 at the beginning of the period, helped by $2.13 million of financing cash inflows.
