ZEO ScientifiX partners with Pluri to expand US regenerative medicine business
PLUR•ZEO ScientifiX entered a definitive partnership with Pluri to expand US regenerative medicine manufacturing and commercialization. Pluri will receive common stock representing 50% ownership at closing in exchange for specified manufacturing technology and know-how rights, and grant exclusive US rights to its Cellav aesthetic product line.
1. Partnership terms
Pluri will receive common stock representing 50% ownership at closing in exchange for defined manufacturing technology and know-how rights. The agreement gives ZEO ScientifiX exclusive US rights to Pluri’s Cellav aesthetic product line, including future offerings, while Pluri retains ownership of its underlying technology and intellectual property. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to approvals and other conditions; neither company’s stockholders need to approve.
