ZeroStack sets $350,000 base fee under 12-year CFO consulting agreement
ZSTK•ZeroStack entered a 12-year consulting agreement with CFO Dany Vaiman and his controlled Summer 366 Holdings, effective November 1, 2026. The $350,000 base fee is split between the two contractors, each of whom can receive a target bonus of $350,000 and a maximum of $700,000.

ZeroStack entered a 12-year consulting agreement with CFO Dany Vaiman and his controlled Summer 366 Holdings, effective November 1, 2026. The $350,000 base fee includes $50,000 payable to Vaiman and $300,000 to Summer 366 Holdings. Each contractor is eligible for a calendar-year target bonus of $350,000, capped at $700,000, and equity-based compensation. Vaiman’s previous equity awards remain unchanged; he remains the company’s sole CFO in his personal capacity, and the agreement replaces his September 20, 2025 employment agreement.
