Zevia Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $2.9 million; net sales rise 1.1% to $45 million

Zevia posted a GAAP net loss of USD 2.9 million, or USD 0.04 a share, for Q2 ended June 30, 2026.
Net sales rose 1.1% to USD 45 million, as pricing actions offset a 3.7% volume decline tied to prior-year distribution load-ins.
Gross margin improved 0.2 percentage points to 48.9%, helped by pricing actions, partly offset by higher aluminum costs.
Profitability and outlook
Adjusted EBITDA was USD 0.5 million, up from USD 0.2 million a year earlier; equity-based compensation rose to USD 2.1 million.
The company maintained its 2026 net sales outlook of USD 170 million to USD 175 million and forecast Q3 net sales of USD 44 million to USD 46 million.
