Zhibao Technology entered a joint venture with Dongbaohui to develop AI-native embedded long-term insurance services.
The partnership targets cross-selling long-term policies into Zhibao’s 3,100+ channel network serving more than 27 million end-users.
The move expands the business beyond short-term products, positioning long-term insurance as a new strategic growth engine.
Dongbaohui founder Min Lu will chair the venture, and Zhibao CTO Yugang Wang will serve as general manager.
