Zhihu filed an HKEX next-day disclosure return showing repurchases for cancellation of 105,000 Class A ordinary shares on Aug. 4.
The buyback was executed on the New York Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of USD 1.11 per share; aggregate price paid was USD 116,189.09.
