- Repurchased 95,079 Class A ordinary shares for cancellation on the NYSE at US$1.10 per share, paying US$104,725.02.
- The filing also noted 31,693 ADSs repurchased at US$3.30 per ADS, equivalent to 95,079 Class A shares.
