Zhihu files HKEX next-day disclosure return reporting share repurchase for cancellation

Zhihu filed a next-day disclosure return showing repurchases for cancellation of 80,502 Class A shares on Aug. 7.
The buyback was executed on the New York Stock Exchange at US$1.08–US$1.07 per share, with aggregate consideration of US$87,141.11.
Separately, 26,834 ADS were repurchased at US$3.25 per ADS; each ADS represents three Class A ordinary shares.
