Zillow signs updated data licensing agreement with Realtracs for Nashville-area listings

Zillow Group reached a new data licensing agreement with Realtracs covering the Nashville region, extending the flow of Realtracs listings to Zillow.

The deal sets updated licensing standards for how listing data can be licensed and used, including for AI.

Zillow’s Listing Access Standards remain unchanged under the agreement.

Zillow cited internal research estimating Nashville metro sellers lost an average of $6,478 per transaction from 2023 to 2025 when selling privately, totaling $16.3 million across the market.
