Zimmer Equipment, a wholly owned RenX subsidiary, signed a hauling services agreement with a Florida waste transfer operator to transport construction and demolition materials from a high-volume transfer facility to disposal and processing sites. The contract secures dedicated truck and heavy equipment routes, expanding Zimmer’s state-wide logistics footprint.

The agreement is set to generate recurring revenue tied to scheduled waste transport and improve fleet utilization by increasing equipment deployment rates. Higher utilization is expected to reduce unit costs and bolster operating margins on existing assets.

The contract advances RenX’s waste-to-value strategy by integrating hauling and logistics with its organics recycling and engineered soils operations. By enhancing control over material flows, RenX can optimize feedstock supply for its proprietary milling technology and support long-term margin growth.
