- Zions Bancorporation posted 2Q26 net earnings of $452 million, or $3.05 per diluted share, up from $243 million a year earlier.
- Net interest income rose 4% from a year earlier to $677 million, while net interest margin widened 10 basis points to 3.27%.
- Noninterest income turned higher to $460 million from $190 million, driven by a $215 million gain on sale of Visa Class B-1 shares.
- Loans and leases increased 3% from a year earlier to $62.5 billion, while total deposits climbed 4% to $76.6 billion.
- Estimated CET1 ratio improved to 11.8% from 11.0%, while tangible book value per share rose 22% to $44.74.
