- Zions Bancorporation named Vince Toye managing director, head of agency multifamily lending at Zions Capital Markets, effective Aug. 31.
- Toye joined from JPMorgan Chase, where he led community development banking, agency and off-balance-sheet lending.
- He previously held senior roles at Wells Fargo, including group head for community lending and investment.
