ZipRecruiter named Carmen Chan chief financial officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026.
Chan most recently served at Barclays as a managing director advising technology and internet companies on financing and strategic transactions.
She previously led corporate development and investor relations at Noom, including work tied to a $540 million raise in 2021.
President Dave Travers will step down as interim CFO when Chan takes the role.
