Zoetis agreed to acquire VitalRADS, a veterinary teleradiology platform, to expand its Global Diagnostics offering and virtual reference lab capabilities.
The deal builds on an August 2025 partnership, adding 24/7 access to board-certified specialists through a cloud-based imaging workflow.
VitalRADS serves more than 1,800 active customers, supported by services spanning teleradiology, imaging centers, and cloud image storage.
Zoetis expects the transaction to close in Q3 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.
