Saccaro most recently served as vice president and CFO at GE HealthCare, where he led finance processes, R&D prioritization, capital allocation, and IT oversight.
He previously spent more than two decades at Baxter, including eight years as executive vice president and CFO, overseeing finance, IT, and major enterprise initiatives.
Zoetis names new CFO and COO
Zoetis named James (Jay) Saccaro CFO and COO, effective Aug. 17, 2026. The role covers finance strategy, capital allocation, investor engagement, manufacturing, and supply.
Wetteny Joseph will shift from CFO to special adviser to the CEO on financial matters, remaining through early 2027.
