Zone Frontier sold its legacy cleaning products business assets to Sanzonate Holdings and will cease using the “CleanCore” and “CleanCore Solutions” names.

Zone Frontier said in an SEC filing that it entered an asset purchase agreement with Sanzonate Holdings on Oct. 7, 2026, and sold the assets of its legacy cleaning products business.
