Zoom Unveils Agentic AI 3.0 with Custom Agents and AI Office Suite
Zoom has launched its enterprise agentic AI platform 3.0, adding custom no-code AI agents, ten new secure integrations, and AI-first canvases across Workplace, Phone and CX to automate cross-system workflows. The company also introduced AI Docs, Slides, Sheets, real-time voice translation and AI avatars for online meetings later this month.
1. Expansion of Enterprise AI Platform
Zoom’s agentic AI 3.0 introduces custom and prebuilt no-code AI agents capable of triggering automated workflows across Zoom Workplace, Phone and CX products. The update includes ten secure enterprise search connectors and new third-party integrations to connect conversations with systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Box and Google Drive.
2. AI-First Canvases for Real-Time Collaboration
New AI-first canvases—Zoom AI Docs, AI Sheets and AI Slides—enable users to convert meeting transcripts and chat insights into structured documents, data analyses and presentations without leaving the Zoom interface, streamlining co-creation and reducing tool switching.
3. AI-Powered Meeting and Contact Center Features
Zoom adds AI avatars for virtual meetings, real-time multilingual voice translation in five launch languages, and enhancements to its AI Receptionist and AI Expert Assist for Zoom Contact Center to drive more efficient customer interactions.
4. Scalability and Adoption Metrics
AI Companion Monthly Active Users more than tripled in Q4 FY26, highlighting growing enterprise uptake. The Custom AI Companion add-on empowers organizations to build tailored agents and workflows, supporting broader AI initiatives without requiring developer resources.
