- The company accepted 6,029,194 warrants, or about 63% of those outstanding, for exchange into 317,683,180 common shares.
- Common Warrants and 2026 Common Warrants accounted for most of the issuance, converting into 257,520,000 shares.
- Non-tendered warrants remain outstanding under their existing terms.
- Exchanged warrants will be retired and canceled upon issuance, and participating holders signed 12- to 18-month lock-ups.
