ZoomInfo agreed to acquire DoubleO.ai, an agentic orchestration platform focused on reliable multi-agent automation for go-to-market workflows. The platform is used in workflows at Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing software firms, including champion tracking and post-sale pipeline creation.

2. Founders and technology

The deal adds DoubleO.ai’s orchestration layer to ZoomInfo’s go-to-market intelligence and context graph. DoubleO.ai was founded in 2024 by Derek Osgood and Karthik Suresh, after their earlier startup Ignition was acquired by Klue.
