Zooz Strategy announces annual general meeting of shareholders
ZOOZ•Zooz Strategy will hold its annual general meeting on December 9, 2026, in Lod, Israel, where shareholders will vote on director and auditor appointments.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will vote on reappointing Jonas Grossman and Todd Thomson as Class II directors and Kesselman & Kesselman, a PwC member firm, as independent auditor. The auditor appointment would cover the year ending December 31, 2026, and the period from January 1, 2027, through the next annual meeting; shareholders will also consider authorizing the board to set the auditor’s remuneration based on the Audit Committee’s recommendation.
