The stock has sunk about 21% year to date, underperforming the Nasdaq's 14% rise.
It is about 47% below its record high close of $336.27 reached on November 3, 2025.
Zscaler recently traded at 36x forward earnings, far below its five-year average of 113x, per LSEG.
