Zscaler posted Q4 fiscal 2026 revenue of $898.2 million, up 25% year over year; ARR climbed 25% to $3.77 billion.
- GAAP net loss narrowed to $3.4 million from $17.6 million; GAAP loss per share improved to $0.02 from $0.11.
- Non-GAAP operating income rose to $218.4 million from $158.9 million; operating margin expanded 2 percentage points to 24%.
- Free cash flow fell to $60.8 million from $171.9 million, due to capex and internal-use software of $218.5 million versus $78.7 million.
