ZTO filed a next-day disclosure return showing repurchase of 391,825 Class A ordinary shares on Sept. 2.
The buyback was executed on the New York Stock Exchange at USD 20.97-21.08 per share, for an aggregate cost of USD 8.24 million.
Total shares repurchased for cancellation: 391,825; no treasury shares were reported.
