Zymeworks Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $45 million; revenue guidance rises to $278 million-$292 million for FY26

Zymeworks reported a first-half 2026 GAAP net loss of $89.2 million, up from $20.3 million in the prior-year period. Its updated 2026 outlook calls for adjusted EBITDA of $114 million-$128 million; the Theravance deal adds YUPELRI profit-share cash flows, with first-half sales of $133.1 million generating $38.4 million in collaboration revenue. Zymeworks plans to retain the existing commercial team supporting YUPELRI hospital promotion.
