Zymeworks presents new phase 1 data for ZW191
ZYME•Zymeworks said its ZW191 antibody-drug conjugate showed anti-tumor activity in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer across folate receptor alpha expression levels. It reported a 64.5% CORR at 6.4 mg/kg in high-grade serous disease, with median duration of response not reached and a six-month PFS rate of 61% in both groups.
