4. Options Data Disclosure — OPRA Compliance

Options market data displayed on Rallies.ai is sourced from Polygon.io/Massive, which receives data from the Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA).

Fair Market Value Pricing: Options contract prices displayed on this Platform may reflect derivative fair market value estimates calculated by our data provider, rather than actual real-time bid/ask quotes from exchanges. These estimates are algorithmic approximations and may differ from actual executable prices.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • Options prices shown are indicative only and may not reflect current market conditions
  • Actual bid/ask spreads and execution prices may differ materially from displayed values
  • You must verify all options pricing with your broker before executing any trades
  • We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of options data

OPRA Disclaimer: Neither Rallies.ai, our data vendors, OPRA, OPRA's processor, nor any OPRA Participant guarantees the timeliness, sequence, accuracy, or completeness of any options data. None shall be liable for any loss, damages, cost, or expense arising from data inaccuracies, delays, or errors.

5. Market Data Generally

All market data displayed on Rallies.ai is provided "as is" and "as available." We aggregate data from third-party sources and do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of any data
  • Real-time availability or timeliness
  • Suitability for trading or investment purposes

Data may be delayed, contain errors, or become stale. Always verify information with official sources before making decisions.

6. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

7. Portfolio Connection

If you connect a brokerage account:

  • You may disconnect and delete your data at any time

8. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through account settings.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to provide investment advice to third parties without proper licensing
  • Scrape, data mine, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Rely on this Platform as the sole basis for investment decisions

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on Rallies.ai are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALLIES.AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Investment Risk: You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses. We shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other financial harm.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rallies.ai from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
