3 E Network faces Nasdaq delisting over minimum bid price violation
MASK•Nasdaq notified 3 E Network on October 27, 2026, that it would delist the company’s Class A ordinary shares unless it timely requests a hearing. The shares closed below the $1 minimum for 30 consecutive business days, and the company plans to appeal by November 3.
1. Nasdaq delisting notice
3 E Network received Nasdaq’s determination on October 27, 2026, to delist its Class A ordinary shares unless it timely requests a hearing. The shares’ closing bid price stayed below the $1 minimum for 30 consecutive business days, from September 15 through October 26.
2. Appeal planned
The company plans to request an appeal hearing by November 3. A timely request would stay the trading suspension while the panel considers the matter, and the shares would continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under MASK during that period. A 1-for-25 reverse share split on March 16 makes the company ineligible for a Nasdaq compliance period.
