374Water Completes $600K Pilot Phase 1 and Begins Phase 2 in St. Cloud
SCWO•374Water’s mobile AirSCWO system completed Phase 1 of its St. Cloud campaign under a $600,000 contract by processing Class B biosolids at up to 10% solids over four weeks. Phase 2 is now underway processing Class A Lystek biosolids, with each unit expected to generate $500,000–$1.5 million annually.
1. Phase 1 Completion
The mobile AirSCWO system completed a four-week campaign under a $600,000 Waste Destruction Services contract with the City of St. Cloud, processing Class B biosolids at solids concentrations up to 10%. Early performance data are consistent with prior campaigns, validating technology reliability and minimal infrastructure requirements.
2. Phase 2 Progress
Field operations entered Phase 2 one week ago, targeting Class A Lystek biosolids and reporting steady performance with no major operational challenges. This phase builds on Phase 1 results and aims to further demonstrate the system’s flexibility across different biosolid streams.
3. Revenue Potential
The St. Cloud deployment is part of a broader state evaluation of PFAS destruction, with successful pilots projected to generate multiple millions in revenue. Each mobile unit is estimated to deliver $500,000–$1.5 million in annual recurring revenue depending on deployment cadence, waste composition, and contract structure.
4. Commercial Pipeline Expansion
374Water’s solutions team is actively developing follow-on mobile AirSCWO projects across municipal, industrial, and federal markets. The strong interest and early results from St. Cloud are expected to accelerate contract wins and establish a scalable, recurring mobile services business.
