The collaboration will deepen intelligence in Gemini Enterprise and develop new agentic workflows across portfolio operations, deal advisory and corporate finance.
1. Strategic Partnership Overview
FactSet and Google Cloud have entered a multi-faceted partnership to combine FactSet's financial data, analytics and workflows with Google Cloud's agentic AI capabilities and infrastructure. The deal aims to meet growing industry demand for fully sourced, auditable AI solutions that enhance decision-making in regulated environments.
2. Gemini Enterprise Integration
FactSet will embed Google's enterprise Search and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform in its Workstation to launch next-generation agents for finance. This integration will accelerate research functionality, introduce multimodal experiences and supplement FactSet's data with Google grounding to improve AI-enhanced insights.
3. Deepening Financial Intelligence
Building on previous collaboration, FactSet's Managed Content Platform (MCP) and agent sharing will deepen the financial intelligence within Gemini Enterprise. Financial professionals will benefit from seamless interoperability between FactSet Workstation and Gemini Enterprise for building, governing and deploying AI agents.
