374Water Inc. secured a Waste Destruction Services (WDS) contract from the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources and the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund to deploy its mobile AirSCWO 1 System in St. Cloud. The initiative, slated to begin in April 2026, will treat undigested and post-thermal hydrolysis digested biosolids and spent granular activated carbon to eradicate PFAS ‘forever chemicals.’ Minnesota voters approved the ENRTF in 1988, directing 40% of lottery proceeds into the fund; since 1991, the ENRTF has invested approximately $875 million in over 1,800 projects. This award follows Minnesota’s landmark $850 million 2018 settlement over PFAS contamination in the Twin Cities region, underscoring the state’s leadership in tackling PFAS through scalable destruction technologies. 374Water appointed Charles Weiser, CPA, to its Board of Directors effective December 29, 2025. Weiser brings over two decades of finance and accounting expertise, currently serving as CFO of Alonti Catering Kitchens and formerly Executive Vice President and CFO at American Green Technology. He holds an MBA in Finance/Accounting and a BBA in General Business from the University of Texas at Austin and is licensed in Texas and Florida. The appointment aligns with a governance agreement with 374Water’s largest shareholder and aims to support commercialization of its AirSCWO technology and expansion of Waste Destruction Services. Chairman and Interim CEO Stephen J. Jones highlighted Weiser’s track record in strategic planning and private equity as instrumental to advancing the company’s long-term value creation efforts.
