4D Molecular Therapeutics presented stable two-year vision and retinal anatomy results for its wet AMD therapy 4D-150. In the broad PRISM Phase 2b population, injections were reduced by 78% versus projected treatment needs, and 46% of patients remained injection-free. Recently diagnosed patients had an 87% reduction in injections versus projected needs, with 66% remaining injection-free over two years. The 4FRONT Phase 3 program targets treatment-naive, recently diagnosed wet AMD patients.
