A Paradise SPAC Files Form S-4, Tristan Evelyn to Run Non-Enhanced 100m

Enhanced Ltd and A Paradise Acquisition Corp filed a Form S-4 on Feb 12 to advance a SPAC merger after a Nov 26 deal to list Enhanced. Barbadian sprinter Tristan Evelyn, two-time Olympian and national record holder, will run non-enhanced in the inaugural Enhanced Games 100m on May 24, 2026.

1. SPAC Merger Milestone

On November 26, 2025, Enhanced Ltd and A Paradise Acquisition Corp agreed on a definitive business combination to bring Enhanced’s global sports and performance products to U.S. markets. The companies filed a Form S-4 on February 12, 2026, and the transaction remains under SEC review.

2. Tristan Evelyn Joins Inaugural Enhanced Games

On March 9, 2026, Enhanced announced Barbadian sprinter Tristan Evelyn will compete as a non-enhanced athlete in the first Enhanced Games 100m on May 24, 2026, in Las Vegas. Evelyn—two-time Olympian and national record holder—will not enroll in the medical protocol and will vie for substantial prize awards.
