AbbVie will share new clinical data across its blood cancer portfolio at the European Hematology Association 2026 Congress, featuring 21 oral and poster presentations spanning multiple myeloma, follicular lymphoma, CLL, DLBCL, AML and amyloidosis.
A subgroup analysis of the Phase 3 EPCORE FL-1 trial showed epcoritamab plus rituximab and lenalidomide achieved ORRs of 96.5% versus 84.8% in patients with FLIPI 0–2 and 93.0% versus 72.6% in FLIPI 3–5, with consistent safety across risk subgroups.
In the EPCORE DLBCL-1 Phase 3 trial, epcoritamab monotherapy improved 24-month PFS to 30% versus 13% for chemoimmunotherapy (HR 0.74; P=0.0059), reported a CRR of 38% versus 26% and extended median DOR to 37 versus 6 months.
AbbVie will also present data on venetoclax-based CLL regimens, real-world AML management with venetoclax plus HMAs, and early-phase results for investigational agents etentamig and pivekimab sunirine across relapsed/refractory blood cancers.
