ABBV•AbbVie will present 21 oral and poster presentations at EHA 2026, including epcoritamab plus rituximab-lenalidomide achieving ORRs of 96.5% versus 84.8% in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. AbbVie will share new clinical data across its blood cancer portfolio at the European Hematology Association 2026 Congress, featuring 21 oral and poster presentations spanning multiple myeloma, follicular lymphoma, CLL, DLBCL, AML and amyloidosis.
2. Epcoritamab FL Subgroup Analysis
A subgroup analysis of the Phase 3 EPCORE FL-1 trial showed epcoritamab plus rituximab and lenalidomide achieved ORRs of 96.5% versus 84.8% in patients with FLIPI 0–2 and 93.0% versus 72.6% in FLIPI 3–5, with consistent safety across risk subgroups.
3. Epcoritamab in Relapsed LBCL
In the EPCORE DLBCL-1 Phase 3 trial, epcoritamab monotherapy improved 24-month PFS to 30% versus 13% for chemoimmunotherapy (HR 0.74; P=0.0059), reported a CRR of 38% versus 26% and extended median DOR to 37 versus 6 months.
