Wellchange Holdings says independent director Shi Zhu resigns

The audit, compensation, nominating and corporate governance committees remain unchanged and are staffed solely by independent directors.
Independent director resigns from board
Wellchange Holdings said independent director Shi Zhu resigned effective July 27, 2026.
Shi Zhu had served on the board since Sept. 4, 2025, and the company said the departure was not tied to any operational or policy disputes.
