AbbVie says real-world studies show Vraylar improves symptoms in MDD, bipolar I depression
ABBV•Real-world Vraylar study findings presented at Psych Congress 2026
AbbVie presented new real-world study findings on VRAYLAR at Psych Congress 2026 in New Orleans.
In observational studies in bipolar I depression and adjunctive major depressive disorder, patients showed meaningful improvement in symptoms and daily functioning.
Reported tolerability was consistent with established use, with nausea and dizziness among the most common adverse events in the bipolar I study.
Results support broader uptake by reinforcing that clinical-trial benefits translate into routine practice among more clinically complex patients.
